These pages describe the native stages used by the in-process APIs. They focus on behavior that is visible through the public result models.

The first three pages cover the indexing stages. Depth reconstruction covers wire-scan reconstruction. Use them to interpret output and understand parameter effects. They are not a complete derivation of the 34-ID-E analysis methods. Physical coordinate labels, orientation conventions, the depth sign convention, and scientific tuning guidance require separate domain review.
