Read Geometry, Crystals, and Frame input when preparing a new experiment. Use Parameters after the default processing behavior is understood. Results defines the returned arrays and their relationships, and Results files covers the HDF5 output that stores a whole run. Reconstruct a wire scan covers depth-resolved reconstruction of wire-scan points, and Inspect a reconstructed point covers reference images, square ROIs, and intensity through depth.
